EMPLOYEE PITCH CHAMPIONSHIP🎤OpportunityWith the company growing rapidly, the vast amount of new employees lacked foundational knowledge of the company’s product features, functions, and benefits to clients.Solution

  • Facilitated a company-wide elevator pitch competition for every employee to submit their own video pitch about the company or one of its products

  • Assigned judges to screen 400+ submissions to determine the winner.

  • Created judging criteria based on engagement, delivery, and content.

  • Viewing parties were held in offices throughout Canada, the USA, the UK, Poland, and Vietnam.

HEALTH & SAFETY ACROSS CANADA🦺OpportunityDuring the COVID pandemic, Ghost kitchens rapidly opened across Canada. Due to the high volume of new kitchens, standard operating procedures needed to be established to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations. Provinces of operation included BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, QB, PEI, and NS.Solution

  • Researched federal and provincial OHS regulations pertaining to kitchen and restaurant operations.

  • Created and presented OHS packages for kitchen managers to ensure appropriate documents and emergency plans were accessible by all staff, guidance on first aid certification requirements based on the number of employees, as well as the proper use and handling of required safety equipment within the kitchen.

  • Additionally, OHS packages also contained timely information, procedures, and provincial protocols related to the ongoing COVID pandemic, with packages being updated as necessary.


PROFESSIONAL GROWTH SESSIONS🚀Opportunity
There were limited opportunities for teams to share knowledge and skills across the business. Due to the interdisciplinary nature of the company, it was critical that all employees felt they had adequate knowledge of other departmental operations.
Solution
Coordinated monthly live training sessions in which various subject matter experts throughout the business to introduce new topics to the company.
Sessions had an average attendance of over 80 employees and a satisfaction rate of 95%.

COMPANY NEWSLETTER 📰OpportunityWith over 550 employees, interdepartmental communication was complex, causing many employees to miss out on general company updates, new learning resources, market conditions, and the news regarding the competitive industry landscape.SolutionCreated a biweekly newsletter to keep employees informed on company wins and events, market developments, product updates, and other learning activities.Responsibilities

  • Developed project plan, RACI matrix, editorial calendar, Slack channels, and overall newsletter structure.

  • Facilitated conversations between senior leadership to understand business needs and resources available from each department.

  • Curated and edited content from individual and departmental contributors for each newsletter edition.

  • Collected and analyzed data to determine project health, performance, and areas for improvement.

ABC Company is a medium-sized company that specializes in developing PC and console games with AAA quality. You are part of the Production team for their multiplayer sci-fi First-Person-Shooter (FPS) based on existing IP. The game has already been released worldwide, and the Dev team is running LiveOps and continues to create new content and features to add to the game.










PERFORMANCE REVIEW TRAINING FOR MANAGERS📝ScenarioIt's time for the annual performance reviews, and you notice that a significant number of managers are struggling with providing constructive feedback. Some employees have complained that their reviews are either too vague or overly critical without offering guidance to improve their performance.

  • Raised 300+ organic views during the 14-day voting period.

  • Designed UI assets and created 14 unique 2D art assets, enhancing the game's visual appeal and ensuring a smooth user experience.

  • Implemented Agile Scrum, facilitated sprint planning, feature and content prioritization, task scheduling, and tracking using Trello.
