There were limited opportunities for teams to share knowledge and skills across the business. Due to the interdisciplinary nature of the company, it was critical that all employees felt they had adequate knowledge of other departmental operations.
Solution
Coordinated monthly live training sessions in which various subject matter experts throughout the business to introduce new topics to the company.
Sessions had an average attendance of over 80 employees and a satisfaction rate of 95%.
































COMPANY NEWSLETTER 📰OpportunityWith over 550 employees, interdepartmental communication was complex, causing many employees to miss out on general company updates, new learning resources, market conditions, and the news regarding the competitive industry landscape.SolutionCreated a biweekly newsletter to keep employees informed on company wins and events, market developments, product updates, and other learning activities.Responsibilities

  • Developed project plan, RACI matrix, editorial calendar, Slack channels, and overall newsletter structure.

  • Facilitated conversations between senior leadership to understand business needs and resources available from each department.

  • Curated and edited content from individual and departmental contributors for each newsletter edition.
